Ersvær, Elisabeth

My research focus spans from T cell immunology towards clinical relevance of monocyte-lineage characterization in patients with leukemia.

Models available:

Human primary peripheral blood cells
Leukemia and PB stem cell grafts

Cells available:

Myeloid monocyte-lineages (humans)

Technology available:

Flow cytometry (FACS Verse. Will have the opportunity to use a CyTOF)
Seahorse XFe96
In vitro cell culture
